Prof. Inetta Jędrasik - Jankowska is a full professor, an expert in the field of labour law and social insurance. Professor Jędrasik-Jankowska is regarded as one of the top experts in the field of social insurance. She is the head of the Department of Insurance Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw as well as the head of the Post-Graduate Studies in Insurance Law at the same faculty. She also lectures on labour law in private schools. She is the author of several monographies, numerous commentaries on acts relating to social insurance law and social supply as well as academic handbooks in those fields. The works of professor Inetta Jędrasik-Jankowska have many times played a significant role in changing the practice of pension bodies and considerably influenced the direction of the Supreme Court judicature. Professor Inetta Jędrasik-Jankowska was the member of the Committee for the Labour Law and Social Insurance Reform. She was appointed as an expert by the Legislative Council, the Council of Economic and Social Strategy, Parliamentary Committees, the Senate and the Constitutional Tribunal.
