Edyta graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Lublin. She has been the member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw since 2001 and she was officially entered into the official register of legal advisors in 2005. Edyta has many years of experience in the area of commercial law, partnership law and labour law which she gained when working for the consulting company Deloitte as well as for law firms - Łukowicz Świerzewski & Partners (member of DLA Piper Group) and Chajec Don Siemion & Żyto. She specializes in commercial law, especially in day-to-day legal advisory services to commercial companies and partnerships. She provides services to business entities, both Polish and foreign, in the scope of labour law, including managerial contracts, employees’ transfer, preparing internal procedures of a workplace. She has experience in conducting processes of introduction of food products into the territory of Poland and branding food products. She is fluent in English.
